A Good Reason to Be a Runner...

According to the new Fitness magazine that I got in the mail today....

"Joggers have a 40 percent lower risk of dying than people who don't lace up their sneakers, according to Stanford University researchers."

Oh my... I can't stop giggling. Somebody needs to let them in on the little secret over at Fitness magazine and Stanford University that everybody dies.... I don't think I'll be renewing my subscription.

Hahaaha.. that's too funny! I can't believe the editor didn't catch that! YOu should write a letter to the editor...

Do you get runner's world? Before I had my kids, I ran a lot and I got that magazine and loved it!

I read that! I was thinking I wanted to die first--not last because Ivan doesn't run---so I had better quit. Right?

So Mindy...you're totally right. You won the Blazer in a contest many years back. Should we meet halfway so I can get it to you? Let me know.
